I’m coming in on the back end of this conversation ( no reference to ship board antics ) but a company can not comes out and sayoga going to do a buy back until it actually does . Saying it will move the price and thus change the attributes of a buy back
. MLX has stated a capital use policy ( Rentails and potential equations ) but it’s just not the use of capital some of us would like. That’s a different story to not having or communicating a strategy .
