FYI - our Neighbours are raising money at a premium being cornestoned by a global resource fund MLX needs to get a move on if they want the asset Unlike some on here, I think it's a ripper addition and can be land banked for now This resource fund has a 922% outperformance against the index over 11 years so i would argue they are better investors than many of us here. I have a big exposure to MLX and a small exposure to SRZ but will be increasing if price stays below .1c as i feel at some stage someone ( maybe us) will come knocking and i want to help facilitate an acquisition while also benefiting financially
