I think that VIL and SSN are in a typical situation where the stall for momentum seems to come and go with the dayers and then it decides to get serious, the move on the AMEX last night definately indicates a standout to traders as an entry into this share.

I remember when BUY did the same thing for a while trading between.035 and .039. I just decided to buy a heap when it hit .035 for a third time and then it rocketed up to .16 in 2 days.

I won't forget that day, it changed my life.
