why would they spend money to get 2.5% from Artemis.. The rest of MEO is pretty marginal stuff. MOG were selling 5% off the bat recently and got 7 million for it. Petrobra's are where they are for smart investment decisions. If they want more of Artemis, think of how much cheaper it would be just to take over MOG.
