Now if Petrobras wanted more exposure to Artemis in a hurry, like before the SP shoots north on a discovery, they are not going to bother with CUE or MOG.

BUT the Petrobras/MEO relationship has already passed FIRB scrutiny so it would be a relatively easy and quick process with certain FIRB blessing for Petrobras to increase their exposure via MEO.
