    Petrobras don't have a stake in MEO and if they were, why would MEO require a CR? they have the best bit already and effectively they are buying into some of MEO's second string assets. If Petrobras wanted more of Artemis they could have bought the 5% MOG flogged off a little while back to MEO for which they paid $7m.
