also keep in mind that the last time in Jan when the TOl announcement came....lynas was only 7-8% short sold but we still got a 20-30 cent pop on the annoucement.....this time around its the final one.....no appeals will be allowed after Ongkili's decision.....and LYNAS is 2-3% MORE SHORT SOLD ....
