The way I read the ann was that Monash got 37.5 million ESI+ESIO for $500K and are committed to paying $5,250,000 for 262.5 million ESI and ESIO at 2c per share. When this will happen is the question in my mind. Hopefuly July or August.
If there are many other parties involved and Monash are sourcing $2 billion from Europe as Adam Giles mentioned, things could look very different once all is sorted and made public. That's what I'm holding out for. The de-risking could happen very quickly.
