Only 3 million shares have been traded in total during the last 2 weeks.
Assuming someone is accumulating by buying and selling to themselves and shaking out the weak stomachs (which is obviously the case) then I would guess they might possibly have accumulated a few hundred thousand extra shares for their efforts.
Thats a LONG way off achieving voting control!!
If there was millions being traded per day you might be correct.
At the rate they are going it would take years to accumulate a majority holding - and thats assuming they find enough sellers. There is a large core of "lifers" in this stock - way too vested and confident in the science to be shaken out by these obvious tactics.
"Silence" period is counting down.
There WILL be news after it expires.
