Agree with you Aaron.
Whether its a last minute deal or further extension it's all done and dusted by now. It will be released by tomorrow morning or there will be a trading halt from tomorrow till it is released.
Really doubt that SKI are walking away after 2 years of collaboration. Unlike AUZ they wouldn't have left their due diligence till last day. IMO there was a very small chance of third party finding something negative about AUZ which they didn't know. Even if something negative did come up they would have left by now and not waiting till last day.
