I can’t get passed this being at least a short extension to the LFA and if not then some really positive news.
If the LFA was allowed to expire then allowing this to go to the 11th hour would almost be misinformative in itself.
If anything would turn shareholders even more rabidly against the BOD than the termination of the LFA it would be not telling anyone about it until tomorrow.
Surely they’re not that stupid.
