I don’t think enough emphasis has been put on Marcus’ strategy since he came on board either.

From what I can see he’s adopted the following approach.

- Raise excessive capital in the lead up to this point in order to keep the show on the road In the event AUZ needs to walk away from the LFA.

- play hard ball with SKI setting a hard termination date of 30th sept.

- in the event that doesn’t have the desired outcome auz has another 9 months of cash to find alternative suitors

if this is the strategy and SKI didn’t play ball then we’d know about it by now.

one can only deduce the alternative is good news or short extension of LFA
