Everyone always asks for further and better particulars with respect to pleadings, as it a) stalls for the and b) costs the other side money. This is all part of the game the lawyers play. The hearing lasted a few minutes, it was only about further and better particulars the defendants asked more from the counsel for the plaintiffs on the pleadings.
