    It seems that ASX asked for further clarification on 30 Jan now you don't know what that was or when they asked for a response by normally they give 2 weeks for a response as per previous questioning so it is reasonable to assume they were given to 14 Feb to respond and the Judge has made the order to fall into line with that.

    A delaying tactic by the ASX.
