    judge said ISX need to do more homework so that ASX can file a defence and get this show on the road.........

    Why would ISX legal team not have responded to the ASX legal team earlier request?? Did the ISX legal team not think the ASX request was important (bluff) or is the asked for information a little "awkward" to provide? Either way, ISX are holding up the progress of the case.

    If ISX really wanted this to trade quicker why would they now be the ones holding up the case?
