    Hey Streetie.

    I'm reading this one the same as @tradealot I don't see Item 1 of the court order being connected to Item 2.

    How it appears to me;
    1. ISX is to respond to ASX's follow-up questions from response to draft report by 14 Feb.

    Failing any agreement being reached.

    2. ASX to file defense by 28 Feb

    Hopefully people with a good understanding of this can confirm or correct.
