House prices in Australia, well they just keep rising and it is unbelievable.

You'd think that there will be a correction at some stage but I ain't about to predict if there will be one.

House prices in Australia never really seem to come down, they just stop rising for awhile then they kick up another $50K, virtually over night.

Popular areas such as Melbourne's East will always be in high demand, outer east such as Pakenham, there are a large number of properties that cannot sell and have been for sale for many months.

I am however in the camp that is of the belief (if there is one) that prices will come off and decrease, eventually. It has happened almost everywhere in the world, can't see why it won't happen here.
