Also there is talk that the US may lose its AAA status sometime in the next few years.

This has led to people to take money out of US and park their money in countries with higher yielding interest rates such as Australia. Australia is unlikely to lose their AAA rating in the forseeable future.

Also RBA unlikely to decrease interest rates tomorrow or in the foressable future.
