Well, placing the ASX issues aside, VDM have two strong positives that you don't read about in broker reports.

1) Going concern & tenders.
There is no doubt in my mind that VDM will pick up more work now that it's a going concern and stable.
Personally i wouldn't want to award business to a company on the edge of a cliff.

2) Directors picking up shares
Mgt buy in via the cap raise is a big positive.
With their own money at stake, it's a direct incentive to get it right this time.
What i would like to know is who bought in and to what value, as this would be a good indicator of faith and outlook.
