re AFR article. what i liked about it was the fact that it was about half a page of the afr and it concentated on the valu of 3 oilers. One of them was CVN, and the other two were HZN and BPT
it mentions that analysts expect CVN to acheive a profit of more than $50 million in 2008/9 representing earnings of about 8c per share.
the article suggests investors should focus on companies that are expected to generate growth from increased production, rather than rely on strength in the oil price.
that makes sense.
