    At 3 millions P.A. net earnings on a PE of 10 the company should be capitalised at 30 million. 30 million = 3 million (options exercise)/ 500 million shares gives a target of 6.6 cps. If they expand next year as they plan to then it is an entirely different story an 10 cps+ should be possible.
