    I n my opinion if one bought belwo 50 cents and has high risk appetite then it is an investment scenario.
    Give it time.
    Yes Jim . It was an investment stock one could call a safe blue chip when every one was piling in t 6 dollar plus.
    It can become one again. Has the potential. Hard yards to be done. chances are good it will again be.
    18-24 months.
