Tuffy, the company is headquatered in BNE and I think they might have had their fair share of suffering over the holidays knee deep in water - anyhow, maybe there is no sinister game plan behind it- just hopeful thinking that ended in bad timing!

I am sure they didn't just miss their slot but there were certainly a lot of 'uncontroable' elements that have lead to the delay. I am not sure where the labs/pilot plant are located but with half of OZ battered the rest is scrambling for the few that are still operating.
