Not the first time CH7 has featured the BLUEGEN.Sunrise had a segment back in 06/09/10.SP then was 18cps.And from memory ABC have had two profiles of the benefits of BLUEGEN.Australia just don,t seem to understand the pro,s associated with this technology,or are taken aback by the $45,000 price tag.Both the CSRIO,and CFU have tried to educate the public,to no avail.Even calls to Penny Wong as environment minister,did little to heighten Bluegens profile.Just a sad fact of life in Australia,unless the Jones next door have one,no-one is going to take too much notice.Until then CFU need to concentrate their PR at European markets.Plus technicians need to work on making the BLUEGEN work via portable gas supply to enhance its desirability in a Australian market.Will keep watching with interest on CFU,s progress,but having been a SH a couple of times over the past 2yrs and have been disappionted with the lack of Australian federal Govt.support.
