The ineffective part that I see here is that while Mr and Mrs Smith after a hard day at work - eat their dinner watching the program say to themselves 'what a wonderful idea' it will either be forgotten moments later (as another good news story); or if they do take the next step and make enquiries they will find out that it is $45,000 (without subsidy) and conclude - not for me thanks or let's come back in 3 years.
Good idea for general exposure - but IMO really is the wrong audience in terms of making a difference to CFU's immediate revenue needs.
