a rather flimmcy comment ,I just wonder if you had the same sentiment when today tonight spruiked the property boom.All along anybody with any sense would realize that bthe fbhg inflated prices along with the govt misleading record low interest rate rises for their banking mates.After all the first call from govt of the inflation genie was out the bottle was way out their?Those that believe the furfie that property prices always go up,immigration forceing them up,what happen for the last 10 yrs as immigration has not slowed,as for these comments we should have had a houseing boom the last 10yrs.Those old enough would realize we always have a housing boom when Labor get in power with debt spiralling.We will all see if at the end of the years who is correct,as now we have no propping of the housing market.The housing market should have been allowed to self correct like all other markets.We have only prolonged the correction,good luck to all as the sophisicated investor has the inside knowledge.
