Thanks for your thoughts. I did notice rose hip oil can be expensive. Few cheap options too. Available as oral capsule and rub in oil. I agree these stories get rehashed over and over. It's scary how many honey, goats milk, mussel, rose, etc they plug. Let's hope it's more successful for Thermalife.
One thing I noticed when searching Chemist Warehouse is the lack of description and review for Thermalife.

The reviews we can't help, but atleast give a decent description of the product.
Look at one of the rose hip products:
http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/product.asp?ID=54814
"Rose Hip Vital 250 Capsules
- Clinically tested for Osteoarthritis
- Powerful Antioxidant
- 100% pure and natural
- Fully imported from Denmark
RoseHip is known to be one of nature’s richest sources of
vitamin C and has been used for countless generations in
European herbal medicine for the relief of joint pain arthritis and rheumatism.
Scientific research – specific to Rose Hip Vital - now supports this traditional use, showing that Rose Hip Vital can relieve the joint pain and stiffness of osteoarthritis.
The clinical evidence for Rose Hip Vital shows that it can
increase joint mobility for arthritis sufferers, including morning joint stiffness on waking, manage joint pain, relieve arthritic pain, and even improve sleep when it is affected by joint pain and discomfort."
We should have a similar "product description".
Regarding your query, and this is based soley on the people I have sold Thermalife to. It works best on arthritis and old injuries and less effective on newer injuries.
Also it seems much less effective on areas with scar tissue. Haven't really noticed any corellation to fat.
The cream is very localised treatment, so location shouldn't matter.
The info you're after isn't available from PNO. They don't make any claims due to TGA regulations. But hopefully we will get new users and new reviews which should help.
Hopefully the TT story will have a testimonial. If so, then maybe we will see an increase in testimonials online in the lead up.
