Doogs, whats your feedback from customers been? Obviously the June2012 batch has expired so you must be selling the latest batch now. Still getting good reviews? I honestly believe the difference would be negligible.
We didn't change manufacturer, we only added a second supplier/manufacturer of the key/active ingredient (Nutracel) which was hard to source. You just have to trust that both suppliers are QA tested and operating above board. We still put together the final product.
JP is aware of this complaint. I've brought it to his attention with a link to HC. I only got the generic response but maybe it will give him something to look into. More people should complain so we know it is not just an isolated event. eg the pharmacy exposed it to heat or something.
FinX, by sponsor do you mean seed capital? The original investors before we went public?
