Good evening Nathan and PNO holders.

I, as yet, have not had a huge amount of feedback, unfortunately, but not surprising. I have made a point in this case to ask all customers I sell to to come back and tell me how it goes. Fact is you will find people are more likely to come back and complain than thank you, just human psychology there I think, but it is very early days. I had the lady who came back and bought two tubes who tried the sample I gave her for an arthritic thumb. One lady who came back and said it didn't help her shoulder. It has helped my step-daughters and partners neck and one of my staff members shoulder. I only found out about step-daughter, partners and staff members relief by specifically asking, and both responses were the same in nature, didn't actually realise it helped until I asked and they realised that the pain was gone!!! People don't often give a thought to the cure as when pain free it doesn't really matter. In fact the whole area of pain perception and treatment is a very interesting one, imo, and there are many pain clinics across the country who actually specialise in drug free, or at least low level drug use, pain relief. We know that pain perception is controlled centrally, in our brains, and changes can be hard to quantify as there is always a "psychological" aspect, imo. In fact in clinical trials it is not unusual to get up to 10% of people reporting pain as a side effect when they take the placebo! So the whole area of therapeutic activity can soemtimes be blurred, not like a diabetes or blood pressure med, where you can get a clinical measurement of response.

I have been very keen to recommend the product and conduct my own public trial. I have pulled all staff aside and trained them in the product the two sister stores I work at, especially as a TT exposure is on the horizon.

Interestingly when taking about about treating pain, and also in the case in treating cough, is you are usually only aware of the condition when you have symptoms, not the fact you have been pain/cough free for x amount of hours after using a product. Note the case for opiods and the like is more noticeable as, 1, you are treating a more severe pain, and 2, you get added euphoria, and incidently, is probably how Marijuana is so effective in pain relief and is being studied at length in this area, imo. When the symptoms return you usually you deduce that the product hasn't worked! I think it is important to educate people that it is not a cure, and to be acutely aware of the feeling afterwards to gauge effectiveness, imo. I do this regularily in the instance of cough mixtures, which always come under the spolight as to their efficacy, that you are not going to take a dose and not cough for 8 hours, it is an easement of symptoms and whose duration of maximal activity may be just a couple of hours. IMO the same principles could apply to topical analgesia, and in particular ThermaLIFE. People need to be acutely aware of what to expect when purchasing a product, a fact so often misunderstood when speaking to other pharmacy colleagues. You need to use the product continuosly, as directed, to get maximun benefit. IMO, you will find many people only rubbing it in once. I think peoples expectations may be unrealistic when purchasing many products, including prescribed medicines, and judging a products effectiveness can be heavily skewed unless you are acutely aware of ones expectations. Even judging an individuals pain is a complex weave of questions and correlations as what is painful to one may not be to another.

Anyway enough BS, I am excited about ThermaLIFE and what it could possibly deliver to an area struggling for effective, safe treatments that are beneficial over the longer term. The possibilty of isolating the compound responsible could be game changing, think of the possibilities LT for even oral formulations!

Thats my spiel for the night, enjoy the week guys and if you are pain free today, say thank you, as you never realise how good you have it until something bad happens.

    Cheers Doogs
