You are correct, in a rational world the fundamentals are still the same for SAR as they are for 99% of the companies, unfortunately in a market crash panic takes over and people decide that if possible they would rather be out of the market completely and have their cash nice and safe. Of course you can't find a buyer as all the buyers see what is going on and decide they will wait until it bottoms out, and on and on it goes, ever lower, no buyers except at bargain prices and stock holders seeing their stock price drift ever lower trying to get out before it gets any lower, I have been through a couple, my first one was the 1987 crash. It can actually effect small caps even more than your big blue chip stocks.
