The reason why SYR performed so well was definitely due to their proactiveness in marketing SYR and maximising every opportunity.
I'm guessing the board of directors at KNL are not worried about short term gains as they know what holds long term. Also a CR will have minimal impact on the SP because it will most likely won't be offered to us but to private investors and institutions which means long term holders.
