Hey Tazman. Sorry for the late response but trading part time means i dont check thins site all that often.
I do agree that board of directors would want their company's SP to reach its maximum potential before they would even contemplate a CR, all the explorers on the asx strive for the same thing , as you mentioned its whats best for the shareholders, actually i should say some as their are way too many dodgy ones out there as well .
And your also right about the market now knows that KNL has found a substantial amount of commercial high grade Graphite, so any news is what we and investors already know . so what is going to give the share another boost before the CR.
Thats why i sold out at the peak , and now waiting down a tad lower . Ohh and thank you for the kind words ........
