this is not a battered blue chip. this is a headless chook with a business model with serious flaws and a management team who are focused on covering their backsides and currently with no clear plan on how to resolve the problems the business faces.
they need to get onto the front foot and announce they will have a forum for grievances of franchisees to be aired and steps taken to resolve.
