    This point from GXY's last announcement can be interpreted in two different ways.
    1. it can be interpreted that an announcement will be forthcoming on 1April or
    2. it is open ended until an announcement is made if discussions are not concluded by pre-open on 1April.

    Looks like to me it is the latter point that is in force.
