Funny that a director has been charged by ASIC last week for alleged market rigging by trading out of 10 accounts to push the price of his company up utilizing fake buy and sell orders. This is what happens day in and day out by HFT traders . Obviously you can't jail a computer program - the people running these operations can be - however for some reason it's apparently OK if it's done in a sanctioned way :( . Lynas simply needs to sell product , sign new customers and the stock will trade where it should . The POL will be a major game changer.
