I'd say the "capper" who may or may not be a certain broker has several million shares to play with. As they paid $2.50 for them they can cycle them out to control the price and ensure that the trading range is sustained. They have a lot of brokerage at stake should the placing be voted down ;) Unless it is a buyer with deep pockets I don't expect the SP to go anywhere today.
