It also takes a few days for exercised shares to convert in my experience, depending on the holder each 3B may precede the sale of heads by the same margin and imply future selling pressure.
Whatever the logic or intention of sellers, this still seems to be a bargain?!
Does the current selling also imply that income/news updates aren't expected with the quarterly? Otherwise why not wait?
Buyers appear fully loaded, buying pressure absent, lots of shares due to arrive from option conversion maybe more weakness ahead - with such huge recent rises plenty of those on a huge profit maybe happy to sell, recent stale bulls from above 10 cents might throw in the towel too and preserve capital...
