I also think it gets a little murky when you consider Norton was taken over by Zinjin in 2015.
CRB acquired 75% of Raging Bull. Patrick Walta was on the board, and in 2016 stepped down but stayed on as principle consultant.
Given the close ties I would have thought this matter could have been wrapped up relatively quickly.
The valuation required as part of the deal will be interesting as will payments to I presume Zinjin who successfully made a take over bid for Norton. Maybe they could be approached to consider being part of the financing.
