Its strange and I'm not sure whether its management to blame or QLD politics.
There is a hell of a lot going on in QLD right now regarding renewables and its going at a good speed so its hard to say what the big delays have been with this one.
All the goodies were well in green yesterday, most of the market in red, this ones been a real bottom drawer play.
