Agreed V, the SP may well perform as you say if the TOL isn't issued today.
Still, if the sentiment is still positive then we are only going to see a short term SP fluctuation. Good opportunity for day traders (if they believe they have the skills to mix it with the big boys after yesterday) perhaps, but no real difference to the longer term holders.
I believe that the underlying fundamentals are still strong and after what has been a lengthy delay that finally the stars are starting to align.
