correct me if I'm wrong, but first 40 minutes tells me real people are buying today.

up to 86.5 and up and down to 84c and back a few times... It's good to see the price goes down to 84c a few times and back up to 85,85.5... look at the course of slaes - real amounts of 10-20k being bought on market mixed in with a few bot trades of say 80 units etc.

Of course I have no idea if they will not do it again today, but why would they if everyone blew their stops yesterday - no more to catch, you would imagine.

Are today's buyers those who got caught out yesterday? I suspect they have gone to hide somewhere to be honest. My guess is more like those who sold fo tax loss earlier this week and can't believe their luck they can buy back before TOL is issued for well under what they sold for. Absolutely no wash sale as far as ATO is concerned, they are all good to go (I am not a tax advisor, my guess only)
