A more logical explanation is that after his over-the-top celebration on the '20M', FT can't add any more :)
Wonder if the meeting with OZ has taken place yet and if there will be an annoucement after the meeting. The more likely outcome is that everything is hush hush and we will be kept in the dark as usual until FT comes along to rescue us.
