You have to love watching the dumb wannabe traders panicking and dumping their shares on very minimal yet deserved selling from the directors. Somebody is mopping all these shares up at this level! Maybe this is another round of manipulation to clean out weak hands just like Skypilot noted from the 5s to 4 cent range. Really the only way I can see it being a sell is if the P&G deal is not real or it has been torn up neither have been supported by an announcement so this is just plain emotional selling on no evidence.
