REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION
Nemex Resources Limited (“the Company”) seeks a suspension to the quotation of its securities. The Company is in the process of finalising an update with respect to the Company’s investment in Wavefront Biometric Technologies Pty Ltd (Wavefront).
It is expected that the suspension will end upon the release of an announcement providing details of the update with respect to the Company’s investment in Wavefront.
The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement before commencement of trading on Wednesday, 21 October 2015 and is not aware of any reason why a suspension should not be granted.
