Converely the worst case scenario is that given P&Gs flux with their FY18 planning, there's been some prioritisation changes and the second licenced tech has been jostled around in high level/11th hour meetings. Does happen. Once in a company I worked for they pulled the plug on new product launches and week after not only did the GM leave, but 90% of the product managers....
But unlikely.
