I would be surprised if there is a product ready to go.

If you have worked on the PG type analyst meetings it is all consuming as the CFO and CEO plus team are on show and the work on speeches and possible answers to questions. Nothing else gets done.

So my take is, this is simply the hold up.

These events do not talk about individual products but brands (would have been very surprised if they mentioned OBJ as they are not that material)

The trading halt tells you terms have been agreed so there is nothing to do other that wait for the contracts to be signed.

No waiting for upfront if there is any as this would be part of the contract terms.

They will be waiting on clearance of message and then straight onto cashflow message.
