When I lived in the UAE the government had and has a filter on the internet. Sites that contain porn or sites from Israel or even economic considerations like Skype, or whatever took the Sheikh's fancy were blocked. All automatic. The same works with Face Book, their algorithms block anything that Zuck, doesn't consider kosher. I'm guessing Hotcopper does much the same.
My guess is a lot of what WGL's app will do is behind the scenes and not required to have a human interface.
That said, if this dog of a company ever gets traction, I'll be amazed.
