    You are correct, the meaning of the post isn't clear. The post only says 2017, unless there is a change of calendar we will not see 2017 again after New years Eve. In 1000 years you would get 3017, the post is inconsistent and rather silly. I guess they are trying to say: Birth Year + Age = Current Year.
