Agree that with NST you can have both. 32c paid out since 2014.
Yield is 2% fully franked. Expect final dividend to be increased from 6c to 8c which increases yield to 2.4%. Or maybe 6c plus a larger special dividend - the stated sustainable capital management plan is to “pay out 6% of its revenue in dividends and maintain a minimum cash balance of $300m.” The possibility exists for a large special dividend with over $500m in cash & equivalents. An 8c final would cost only $48m.
