Not quite true, there are workers who man the drill, these workers have phones. Good and bad news leaks out, there is no stopping it. That being said, this weird type of selling started happening well before any drills were anywhere near the site. For all EXR's I hope it is going to be a very good Christmas and the start of many good Christmas's to come.
